Mission Basundhara 2.0 is a downloadable file developed by Digital Assam Services Center for Android devices. This application aims to streamline and improve land revenue services, making them more accessible to citizens. With the guidance of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, the mission strives to reduce the backlog in updating land records and create a business-friendly environment in the land management ecosystem.

The Mission Basundhara 2.0 portal offers seven different land-related services to citizens. These services include the settlement of Khas and ceiling Surplus land, occupancy tenant settlement, settlement of special cultivators, settlement of hereditary land of Tribal Communities, settlement of AP transferred land from original AP holder, regularization of settlement of PGR VGR LAND, and online payment of Land Revenue.

The mission consists of three main components. Firstly, there is the purification of land records in a mission mode. Secondly, there is the polygon survey of yet to be surveyed 672 non-cadastral villages. Lastly, there is the re-survey of cadastral villages of 27 districts using hybrid methodology.
